Stop!

Stop expecting me to walk, talk, or dress like you.

Stop judging me for who I love.

Stop looking at the fat on my body and thinking I should be thinner.

Stop expecting me to have a clean house or drive a nice car.

Stop judging me for how I’ve raised my children.

Stop looking down at me for the choices I make.

Stop expecting me to ignore my experiences and behave the way you think I should.

Stop judging me for taking time for self-care even when it’s inconvenient.

Stop looking down on me for not reaching a bar I have no desire to reach.

Let me be me and you can be you and all the rest can just STOP!
